All pricing provided by Mills Paint Pros is based on the details of the project as discussed. Estimates are provided at no charge and are subject to change if additional services are requested or unforeseen circumstances arise. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept most forms of payment. Any outstanding balances not paid within 30 days may incur a late fee, but please reach out and we can work out terms.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the areas to be painted are accessible and clear of cherished items or furniture before work begins. Mills Paint Pros will not be responsible for any damage to items that are not properly moved.

5. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days after the completion of the project to address any concerns. Our warranty covers workmanship, but does not apply to damages caused by external factors such as weather, wear and tear, or misuse.

6. Limitations of Liability

Mills Paint Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
